It's OK to Suck Sometimes (at being creative)

I remember many years ago, sitting in my Statistics class thinking, when I grow up I'm going to do something creative because it will be so much easier than this. 
The truth is, it's not easy and, it's not easy for anyone.

So on those days when I'm banging my head against my MAC wondering why I ever thought I could be creative, I remember Ira Glass's words of wisdom and it's not long before the river of creativity is flowing again. Perhaps 'flow' is too strong a word but at the very least it's trickling!

Keep going whatever your creative endeavor because the world needs creative people just as much as it needs math whizzes.

Now back to writing book two...
